  1. Not once but three times the City Attorney tried to paint an inaccurate description of the Mayor’s relationship with the City’s largest land owner without naming names or providing a detailed and accurate description of each party. And the Attorney did so without the direction or knowledge of the City Council. Must be just me, but this speaks of collusion between the Mayor and the City Attorney who used City Staff in an attempt to sanitize a fraudulent relationship. Our City Government needs to get back on the legal track as prescribed by the City Charter.

  2. City Manager Ahnell, Deputy Manager Brown and a host of others were copied on the e-mails to the Ethics Board and chose to not follow the City Charter. They knew of the sanitizing of Information and actively hid the truth from ethics experts so a decision rendered was based on inaccurate and incomplete information. They aided in the misuse of City Staff to abet a fraud.

  3. Why am I not surprised? There must be a reason for the saying “birds of a feather”. The city attorney and the manager have “huge” retirement packages I understand so their “positions” seem to be “untouchable”.
What a shame that our owners are subjected to this.

  4. Look at the bright side. Someday, these thugs might be running for county, state, or possibly national positions. Now, doesn’t that make you feel better!
