Proposed Camino Square re-development.

A Representative of Florida Crystal will make a presentation about the proposed re-development of the Camino Square Retail Center (West Camino Real & SW 3rd. Ave.) to a Retail/Residential Project.  The proposed Project will include Retail space, two buildings with a total of 350 Apartments, and parking.

Addison Mizner Elementary School.

Chuck Shaw, Chairman of the Palm Beach County School Board, will provide an update on the re-building of the Addison Mizner Elementary School, the proposal to re-locate the School from its current location to a larger site at Sugar Sand Park, and the proposal to expand the Student attendance to grades K through 8.

Boca Raton Events!

Monika Amar, Special Events Coordinator for the City of  Boca Raton, Will highlight upcoming events around Town!

    • The Federation is an umbrella organization consisting of homeowner associations allegedly throughout the entire city. Its chair this year is Neil Haynie, Mayor Haynie’s husband, and it Board of Directors is identified in the announcement. Al Zucaro

  1. There are no big box stores in Boca -only Kmart..who prob will be leaving soon, NO Walmart, Lowes, Target,Home Depot, …we do not need another residential building.
    We ALL must DRIVE to get anything…Out of town…since planned mobility is such big conversation…build stores in Boca…and keep the traffic down….Think about it??
