About Frank Chapman

Frank Chapman grew up in Boca Raton and graduated from Boca High in 1986. He earned a B.B.A. in Accounting in 1986 and a J.D. from Case Western Reserve in 1990. He is a member of the Ohio and Florida Bar. As an attorney Mr. Chapman practices government law and real estate law. He has represented Housing and Urban Development, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Agriculture, Fish and Wildlife, Department of Agriculture, and other governmental units. Currently Mr. Chapman owns Heart Six Ranch,, in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. On a personal note Frank is a founder of Boca Pop Warner and is responsible for bringing safety and insured tackle football and competitive cheerleading to the children of Boca Raton. He is a father of three boys who attend public school in Boca Raton. Frank’s eldest, Jack is the current Student Body President of Boca High.
